Tell us about yourself.

Hello, my name is Cristian, i 'm 29 years old living in Constanta(the city), Romania and i am a comercial worker in a bricolage store

When and how did the film journey begin for you?

In the beginnig of 2012 I saw some film photos done by a friend of a friend and i fell in love with the look and colors of analog pictures.
Next day I went to the flea market and came home with an old 1970's camera, I bought a roll of film ( fujifilm superia iso 200 ) and I started to take pictures (the results were a disaster, but since then I think I learnt more ).

What type of film do you usually shoot and what made you choose it?

I choose the cheapest films on the market ( DM Paradies iso 200 , Kodak Color Plus 200 , Fuji C 200 ), because I shoot at least 3-4 films in a month.

What camera makes you click?

Since I got into film photography, I began to use cheap lomo cameras like - Smena 8 M, Smena Symbol, single use cameras, half broken cameras with light leaks. As time went by , I aquired a lot of :

*compact cameras ( Nikon AF 600, Olympus mju 2 and Olympus mju 3 -with zoom , Minolta Freedom Escort)
*SLR cameras( Zenit - E and 122 ,Exa 1 B, Nikon fx 401, Minolta Dynax 404 isi)
*rangefinder cameras ( Fed 5 B, Fed 4, Zorki 2 C, Yashica Electro 35 pro )

Between black and white and colour film which would you choose?

I chose color film because of the price - is more cheaper in my country; another reason is that all my pictures are thought and seen ( in the viewfinder ) in colors , before I click the shutter.

What lenses do you use?

For the slr cameras I use - Nikor AF 35-70 , Helios 44-2 ,Revuenon 135 /2.8 and for the rangefinders - Jupiter 8 , Industar 61 LD , Industar 26 .

Do you make any experiments on film?

Sometime i do some experiments , with the bulb mode+ flash and light leaks
