The 90s aesthetic is making a strong comeback in today's fashion and culture, and I wanted to capture that vibe through film photography. For this shoot, I focused on capturing the old-school, hip-hop, American street life aesthetic that is so iconic to that era.
At the university, I was the only student interested in analog photography, and I had the darkroom to myself. I used it intensively, developing films and making prints.
With this series I wanted to showcase a very specific Romanian aesthetic: shopping with your grandparents at the local market.
