"Minolta X-GM. I never cheated on her"
Tell us about yourself.
I’m 25 years old and I am running a vintage store and artcollective talisman in Taghazout, Morocco
When and how did the film journey begin for you?
One year ago I met a friend and photographer from Norway and he introduced me to film photography. Film photography is my new drug, I’m taking pictures of a bittersweet land, two different sides of Morocco.
What type of film do you usually shoot and what made you choose it?
Anything I can find in colors because it’s very difficult to find film in Morocco and specially this last months . Mostly expired fujifilm 200
What camera makes you click?
My one and only Minolta X-GM. I never cheated on her.
Between black and white and colour film which would you choose?
Colour . I wish to see the world like in film colour prints.
What lenses do you use?
50mm
Do you perform any experiments on film?
As I really love my culture I used some typical Moroccan ingredients to soak film like mint tea and preserved lemon juice.
